Extension Committees
Extension is one of the North Central Regional Center for Rural Development's major partners in delivery. In recent years, the Center has developed a strong working relationship with Extension's Community Resource Development program leaders in the 12 states in the North Central region. In an effort to strengthen Extension field staff's capacity in rural development, the CRD program leaders and the NCRCRD are organizing a regional training program. Multistate opportunities are also being pursued in the following areas:
- Information Technology
- Spanish Speaking Populations
- Conflict Management
- Leadership Development
- Local Government
