The Master Navigator program is a community Internet program designed to build upon local capacity in Nebraska’s rural communities. The program provides Internet training to community members who originally agree to spend time teaching others, building community Web pages, or engaging in other activities which promote the use of the Internet.
Format & Time Required:

The training consists of an optional pre-course of Windows and five three-hour courses held in the community.
