A face-to-face workshop that helps participants learn and practice skills to manage interpersonal conflict. Includes the conflict cycle, “I” messages, role-playing, a video demonstration and problem solving.

Format & Time Required:

Interactive workshop format; can be formatted for any time period from two hours to two days.
