A leadership development program for emerging leaders in rural area. This program is a partnership program with Farm Bureau, Soil & Water Conservation Districts, and Extension. The program covers personal, interpersonal, organizational and community leadership development topics. Materials include a participant’s notebook, coordinator’s manual to set up the program in a community, program brochure for marketing and seven teaching units with activities and PowerPoint presentations.

This set of materials can be used for “train-the-trainer” to facilitate the seven leadership topics. These topics have been taught to Extension staff to enable them to teach the topics.
