A leadership development program for certified Master Gardeners. Materials include a coordinator’s manual to set up the program in a county, participant’s manual, program brochure for marketing, and five teaching units with activities and PowerPoint presentations.

The five leadership units can be used as “train-the-trainer” materials. These topics have been taught to Extension staff to enable them to teach the topics.

Five, 3-hour evening sessions
