A leadership development program held each fall for people who work with natural resources. Participants must apply for the program; 30 are accepted. The content of the program covers the nature of public issues, public conflict, collaborative and consensus-building processes, and negotiation. Program brochure and participant’s notebook are available.

Three, 3-day sessions held September to November
