A workshop for Extension Educators and community partners to increase their ability to plan and execute a strategic futuring process with groups, organizations and communities. Participants learn and practice a number of tools for explaining the planning process, looking at history, envisioning the future, generating and prioritizing ideas, and creating action plans. They receive a notebook of tools and process descriptions.
