A leadership development program for emerging and established leaders in public affairs, community development or non-profit management. This program is a partnership program with the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Extension and sponsoring organizations. The program covers personal, team, organizational, visionary, political and ethical aspects of leadership in a shared power world. Materials include a CD-Rom (2004) with teaching notes and activities, handout masters, power point presentation, sample program agenda’s discussion articles, and evaluation forms. A trade book of the same name will be released late 2004.

Format & Time Required:

Preferable—2 day session
Optional—four, half-day sessions
