This is a modularized package of resources for educators to use to customize leadership development programs. A CD-Rom will be released mid-2004 including teacher notes, master handouts for participants, workshop outlines, etc. Ares of content include: Leadership in the 21st Century, Developing Exceptional Personal Leadership, Stimulating Visionary Leadership, Cultivating Civic Leadership, Navigating Conflict Successfully, Enhancing Ethical Leadership, Making the Most of Your Team, Building Effective Boards and Committees.
Format & Time Required:

Sessions are typically 3-6 hours. The preference is to link 4-12 modules together to customize a comprehensive program.
