Rural Leadership North Dakota (RLND) is a two-year intensive leadership program for North Dakotans. The mission of the program is to prepare and develop effective leaders to strengthen rural communities. Participants must apply and be accepted into the program. Participants attend eight, three-day seminars and one six-day study tour over the two year program. All RLND participants complete a project over the two years as well.
