This approach to planning builds on what is currently working, what we appreciate and want to keep. It looks at the possibilities for the future. The process utilizes four steps including discover, dream design and destiny. The Appreciative Inquiry strategic planning process can be used with a small group, large organizations and entire communities. Materials include flipchart and markers, participant handouts.
