LeadershipPlenty is a tool to mobilize change in mindset from one of leadership lack to one of leadership plenty. LeadershipPlenty is a training program that introduces essential skills for community leadership to help diverse groups learn to work together to solve problems and create opportunities. The program has 10 modules covering topics critical to leadership development including making meetings work, communicating effectively, managing conflict, building strategic partnerships and others. Materials include participant handouts.

 

Format & Time Required:

  • Every module is 3-6 hours in length with 10 modules in program.
  • Modules can be done once a month, twice a month, etc.
