An introductory leadership program for community leaders. Developed and supported by the PEW Partnership for Civic Change, Leadership Plenty is a national program whose goal is to identify, encourage and equip citizens from all parts of the community to play a more visible role in civic problem-solving. The multi-session program consists of nine interactive modules: 1) Finding leaders within; 2) Identifying community assets; 3) Managing groups for results; 4) Making meeting work better; 5) Managing conflict; 6) building strategic partnerships; 7) Moving from talk to action; 8) Valuing evaluation; and 9) Communicating for change.
