Local Government and Finance

Participants will understand the role of government in a market economy and apply that understanding to analyze which requests from the public are appropriate governmental actions, which can be public private partnerships, and which are best left to the private sector. Participants will be able to interpret an impact analysis. Participants will understand private and public costs and benefits of government services.
