The 2005 National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals Conference will be held at: Tropicana
Resort and Casino Hotel Map (PDF Format) Convention and Meeting Facilities Map (PDF Format) A
variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran
Airport in Las Vegas, and are located on the north and west sides
of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14. Please note that there
are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine
services. The cost is approximately $5 each way per person to the

Participants should make their room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-634-4000 and identifying the group as "NACDEP." Hotel reservations must be made no later than Friday, January 14, 2005, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time to receive the room rates indicated below.
February 15-17, 2005—$69 per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. (A limited number of rooms will be available at this rate for February 13 and 14 on a first come first serve basis.)
February 18-19, 2005—$119 per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy.
Rates do not include Clark County Room Tax, which is currently 9%, or any "energy surcharge" or other fees that may be added. A $1 per room per day "daily phone charge" will be charged each guestroom account, allowing for unlimited local phone calls.
The official conference hotel is the Tropicana Resort and Casino. There is an additional $100 registration fee if you choose to stay elsewhere.
