Participants should make their room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-634-4000 and identifying the group as "NACDEP." Hotel reservations must be made no later than Friday, January 14, 2005, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time to receive the room rates indicated below. February 15-17, 2005—$69 per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. (A limited number of rooms will be available at this rate for February 13 and 14 on a first come first serve basis.) February 18-19, 2005—$119 per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates do not include Clark County Room Tax, which is currently 9%, or any "energy surcharge" or other fees that may be added. A $1 per room per day "daily phone charge" will be charged each guestroom account, allowing for unlimited local phone calls. The official conference hotel is the Tropicana Resort and Casino. There is an additional $100 registration fee if you choose to stay elsewhere. |
