$310 nonmember (includes NACDEP membership fee)

The official conference hotel is the Tropicana Resort and Casino. There is an additional $100 registration fee if you choose to stay elsewhere.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Registration Confirmation
Registrations made online will be confirmed as you submit your registration. If you are paying by check or purchase order, or registering by phone, fax or mail, you will receive a short text message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

A more comprehensive e-mail message will be sent closer to the conference start date. It will include information about onsite check in, agenda updates and more.

Final Registration Deadline
The final date to register for the 2005 NACDEP Conference is Janurary 14, 2005. Late registrations, if accepted, will incur a late registration fee.

Accommodations
The Tropicana Resort and Casino is the official hotel of the 2005 NACDEP conference. Room reservations must be made directly with the Tropicana Resort and Casino by January 14, 2005. If you choose to stay at another location, you will be assessed an additional $100 registration fee.

Transfers & Cancellation
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at anytime by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify us in writing by January 14, 2005. NACDEP members will receive a refund for the registration amount, less a $50 cancellation fee. Nonmembers will receive a refund for the registration amount, less the $35 NACDEP membership fee and a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after January 14, 2005 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending the 2005 NACDEP Conference (dietary, access or otherwise), please contact Kristi Hetland at (515) 294-9768 or khetland@iastate.edu at least one month in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials and on the NACDEP Web site. By virtue of your attendance at the 2005 NACDEP Conference, the National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals and the North Central Regional Center for Rural Development reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
